Elizabeth Pagel-Hogan has written several fiction books with Capstone, Heinemann Literacy Project, and KPS Storybook Development. She also writes for Highlights for Children, Muse, and Spider. She is the regional advisor for SCBWI Pennsylvania: West and won an SCBWI Merit Award in 2020.
